READY TO HIT THE LANES?

Bowl-A-Thon! Bowl-A-Thon is a great way for family & friends to have fun together, spend quality time, and bond while supporting youth in our local communities. Your business's team(s) signs up to fundraise and bowl alongside other teams in support of Boys & Girls Clubs. Join us for some fun, food, drinks, prizes and raffles! Whose ready to bowl?

HOW BOWL-A-THON WORKS

Commit to participation in BGCSEVA's Bowl-A-Thon

  • Teams are asked to help raise $500 (recommended $100 per bowler, $500 per team).

  • Bowlers ask friends and family to donate to Bowl-A-Thon through the online donation platform, by writing a check, or giving cash.

  • Bowlers continue to use social media to direct donors to fundraising webpage and collect donations prior to the event date.

  • Turn in all checks and cash that were collected the day of the event.

  • BOWL AND HAVE FUN!!!

  • Information is delivered to participants. Training is given by BGCSEVA staff.

  • A Team Captain is chosen and materials are distributed.

  • Team Captains recruit bowlers and form teams (Max of 6 bowlers per team).

  • Team Captain registers their team for Bowl-A-Thon at https://secure.qgiv.com/event/2025bgcsevabowlathon/

Teams consist of 4-6 Bowlers:

$150 per team or $25 per bowler

includes bowling and shoe rental

Teams that reach their Team fundraising goal of $500 or more receive:

A $25 Food/Beverage Voucher

  • 1 Team entered (1 entree choice and soda for your lane)

  • Logo displayed at the registration table and in the

  • concessions area

  • Logo displayed on video monitors

  • May place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers

$1000 Event Sponsor

  • 2 teams entered

  • (2 entree choices and soda for your lanes)

  • Logo displayed on BGCSEVA event

  • webpage as prominent sponsor

  • Logo displayed at registration table and several areas throughout the event

  • Logo displayed on video monitors

  • May place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers

$200 Lane Sponsor

  • logo displayed on video monitors and at entrance to the lane

  • May place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers

$100 Pin Sponsor

  • Logo displayed on video monitors

  • May place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers

$500 Beverage Sponsor

  • Team entered (1 entree choice and soda for your lane)

  • Logo displayed at registration table and the

  • concessions area

  • Logo displayed on video monitors

  • May place promotional items in gift bags for bowlers
