Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group Matches Gifts Up To $25,000 Made To Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA., (September 23, 2020) – On September 10th, 2020, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia (BGCSEVA) hosted their Annual Youth of the Year event, sponsored by Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. This year’s format was a bit different. Instead of attendees gathering together in a beautiful ballroom, guests were able to join the event from the comfort of their own home; this year’s event was held entirely virtual. Youth of the Year is BGCSEVA’s premier fundraising event which focuses on celebrating the outstanding achievements of teens who have shown exemplary leadership within the Boys & Girls Clubs. During this year’s event, a Fund-A-Need Campaign was held to support the Club’s needs. BGCSEVA’s Corporate Partner and Matching Gift Sponsor, locally owned and managed Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, has generously agreed to match up to $25,000 in contributions raised by the end of the event.
Through generous support, BGCSEVA was able to raise an additional $25,080 the night of the event. Bringing the total to $50,080!
Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group made further contributions to enhance BGCESVA’s scholarship program for teens.
